Listening in from of a live band is awesome. How about watching a band with 1000 rocking members? That would be coolsome (cool + awesome)!

A rock event created an epic music history by gathering 1000 musicians from Italy and they performed the classic smash hit of the Foo Fighters, “Learn To Fly”.

The video started with the band conductor, then a clip from the singers/vocalists, the guitarists, the drummers and the excited crowd. Then the epic music video of the Rockin’ 1000 made history.

An explanation about the project was included at the end of the video, Fabio said:

I guess that this video is going to be seen by millions of people all over the world, but to be true it was conceived to be addressed just to five people: Chris, Pat, Nate, Taylor and Dave Grohl, the Foo Fighters.

You know, Italy is a country where dreams cannot easily come true, but it’s a land of passion and creativity. So what we did here is a huge miracle. I have been working on this f**king project for more than 1 year, waking up every morning thinking about how to make it real.

One thusand (1,000) rockers that came from all over the nation at their own expenses, for one song, your song. So our call is to ask you the Foo Fighters to come play for us in Cesena.
